Discover the true meaning of discipline and how it can be accomplished with firmness and kindness; the beliefs behind behavior; and the differences between consequences, punsments and solutions.
Come join other parents as we learn parenting methods which encorage the development of:
- Self-discipline
- Responsibility/Accountability
- Problem-solving skills
- Self-esteem
- Communication and essential life skills
Facilitator Background:
Together, Kathleen and Barb have a combined 40 years of "not so perfect parenting." As positive discipline trainers and educators who work with children and their families daily, they bring both personal and professional experience to their workshops. They strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where participants learn to implement the effective and encouraging tools of authoritative parenting. These workshops are fun and interactive!
Cost: $175 per person, $125 for second household member
