of Teleconferences and Downloads:

When purchasing this recording for organizational use, we ask that you provide the recording to school or agency staff only or play it with groups of parents/clients/staff at an agency event. You may not publish the download link for general availability.

Special Instructions:

You will be sent an email for each teleconference with the downloadable link and any handouts, if they were included with the session. Not every teleconference has handouts.

IF YOU CHOOSE AN UPCOMING TELECONFERENCE, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH DIAL-IN INSTRUCTIONS A FEW DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED EVENT.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days prior to the first day of a workshop. Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 30 days before a workshop. However, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost. Refunds are not available after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not be attending the workshop.

Special Events, Teleconferences and Merchandise: For all other items or events, the processing fee will be 10% of the purchase price or a minimum of $5. Otherwise, the same policy applies.
