Deb Pysno and
Cheryl Forse

Deb Pysno and Cheryl Forse are known as The E Team. They chose this name for their business because of all the “E” words involved in what they do: encouraging, educating, and empowering experientially with enthusiasm, energy, and excitement. They are parent educators licensed by the State of Minnesota who have worked together in Early Childhood Family Education for the past 20 years. They became Certified Positive Discipline Trainers in 2009. Both are exuberant proponents of Adler, Positive Discipline, and experiential teaching and learning.

They have extensive experience facilitating parent groups and a special interest in training other parent educators. The E Team has presented to groups large and small, including Robbinsdale Area Schools ECFE, ECSE, Creative Play, and K-12 staff; UW-Madison Office of Child Care and Family Resources; Lakes Country Service Cooperative in Fergus Falls, MN; Primrose School of Maple Grove; Westminster Presbyterian Church; and MnAEYC, MnSACA, and MNAFEE.

Participants consistently comment on the warm, engaging presentation style the duo shares. Other feedback about classes and workshops facilitated by The E Team includes these comments: "informative, inspiring, thoughtful;" "upbeat, positive, relevant;" "energizing;" "fun, empowering;" ". . . an amazing training; very insightful;” “wonderful and well-thought out.”

Cheryl and Deb love to prepare workshops and presentations to suit the needs of various groups. Everything they do is customized to the abilities and experience of the audience. Deb also provides Positive Discipline parent coaching.
