Glenda Montgomery has used Positive Discipline since 1986, first as an elementary school teacher, then as a parent, and since 1999 as a parent educator. Since 2005 Glenda has trained teachers and began to offer one on one parenting coaching in 2006. She is a Certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer.
Steven Foster is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, parent educator since 2001, co-author of Positive Discipline for Children with Special Needs, and a Certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer.
Teaching Parenting the Positive Discipline Way (developed by Lynn Lott and Jane Nelsen) is a research-based parent education program that provides a step-by-step approach to starting and leading experientially based parenting groups. This program stands alone or offers significant enhancement to any program. It provides experiential activities that reach the heart to inspire deeper understanding and change.
