INTERNATIONAL ADVISORS


Abla Benbachir - Morocco

Mother of two children, Abla Benbachir is an Adlerian Clinical Psychologist and a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer for parents and teachers. She offers counseling, workshops, training, and conferences on Positive Discipline and other topics related to education in Morocco. She is also deeply involved in spreading the Positive Discipline approach in her country through ADPM, the Moroccan Affiliate Association.



Fionnuala Hoffmann - Germany

Fionnuala Hoffman is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer who is passionate about helping as many families as possible benefit from the powerful Adlerian wisdom of Positive Discipline. She holds a BA in English and Applied Psychology from University College Cork, Ireland.  Fionnuala has several years teaching experience in both the public and private sector in Germany. Born in Ireland, she has lived in Berlin since 1998 with her German husband and three young sons. 



Izumi Takase - Switzerland

Izumi is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer from Switzerland with Japanese origins. She is also a Certified Swiss Federal Trainer, a member of the Geneva English School Board of Governors, and the founder of iPositiveLINC.com with 20 years of experience as an International Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Consultant. Since 2016, Izumi has been a passionate PD advocate for parents, teachers, and leaders to foster an encouraging environment at home, in schools, and in the workplace. She is committed to tolerance and inclusion and dreams of bringing peace, respect, and compassion to all people and living species on this beautiful planet. Izumi lives in Geneva with her teenage son and her husband.



Justine Yao - Taipei Taiwan

Justine Yao is a Licensed Counselor and Certified PD Trainer who has used the Adlerian approach and Positive Discipline in her daily counseling and training work for more than 12 years. She has led more than 250 parenting classes and Positive Discipline workshops in over 100 cities in Asia teaching Adlerian Psychology courses and training others to use Adlerian counseling.  Justine is now the Director of Yahe Psychological Counseling and Training Center in Taiwan as well as the founder and chairperson of Asia Adlerian Counseling and Application Association.  She has an M.E. in Psychology and Counseling from Taiwan University of Education.  She lives in Taiwan with her husband and daughter. 



Leydi Garcia - Colombia

Leydi Garcia is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer and a Specialist in School Neuropsychology. She has more than 12 years experience with PD in her personal and professional life and is convinced that we can educate and raise our children through love and respect. Leydi is a founding member and current president of Asociación de Disciplina Positiva Colombia (Positive Discipline Association Colombia). Leydi has been facilitating workshops since 2011 enabling PD to be implemented in many families and institutions.  She is the mother of two children.   



Neda Djavdan-Badcoubei -The Netherlands 

Neda Djavdan-Badcoubei is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer who loves working with parents and teachers and coaching them to apply the Positive Discipline principles to feel empowered and encouraged. Neda is the co-founder of Positive Discipline Netherlands and publishes the Positive Discipline books in Dutch. She believes that the key to education and parenting is building strong relationships based on mutual respect and that the world will benefit greatly from service done in the spirit of love for all humanity.  



Robert Omwa - Kenya

Robert Omwa,HSC, a  Certified Positive Discipline Classroom and Parenting Educator, is on an ambitious mission to spread Positive Discipline in Kenya and other parts of Africa. He has worked with children of all ages during the last 15 years and is currently teaching English and Literature. Robert works with other teachers to prevent and respond to cases of violence against children. He is a Presidential awardee of the Head of States Commendation (HSC) for his work advocating for the rights of children. Robert is married to Eunice. Together they are champions of Positive Discipline parenting to their 3 children.



Rozenn Le Roux-Mion - France

As a Certfied Positive Discipline Trainer, Rozenn Le Roux-Mion’s passion for Positive Discipline is connected with her personal and professional life: tearing down walls, crossing borders, going beyond barriers, and finding ways to work together. She is part of the founding Positive Discipline team in France.  She has worked in diverse settings such as reformatory schools, international companies, preschools and schools, suburbs, and charities. Rozenn has lived and worked in four continents and coordinates international projects in development and cooperation. along with working as a management consultant. 



Sr. Rosemary Arrah - Cameroon

Sr. Rosemary Arrah, a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer, received a Bachelor’s degree in Theology/Education from the College of Saint Mary Omaha and a Master's Degree in Special Education and Educational Leadership from the University of Nebraska.  For her, Positive Discipline is a daily life experience of creating respectful interactions and connections. She works in Cameroon as principal of a boarding school for middle and high school girls.  As the founder of "Reading Drive for Africa, Sr. Rosemary promotes literacy in Africa.
