Join us for an engaging four-part online series that explores how Positive Discipline principles can be applied to key aspects of parenting and education. Each session will offer valuable insights, practical tools, and interactive discussions, all through the Positive Discipline experiential learning approach. This will help you build respectful, solution-oriented relationships with children and teens.

Format: Live, interactive online sessions
Language: English with French and Spanish interpretation during live sessions.

Recordings: Only English recordings will be available one week after each session.

    PRESENTERS 

    Natasha Nelson is a Certified Positive Discipline Educator (CPDE), veteran, disability advocate, and Neurodivergent mother to two autistic Black girls. Natasha has over seven years of exemplary leadership in the United States Army, over 5 years using Positive Discipline, and over a decade of experience public speaking and facilitating.

    Dodie Blomberg, M.Ed, is passionate about helping people improve their lives through creating respectful relationships in their families, schools and communities. She was a classroom teacher in Tempe, Arizona for over 12 years and used Positive Discipline in her classroom. She is now a Lead Trainer with the Positive Discipline Association and facilitates parenting classes, teacher trainings, train the trainer and more. She brings humor, knowledge, and connectedness to all her trainings.

    Fernanda Lee, M.A.Ed., is a passionate advocate for turning challenges into growth opportunities, working alongside educators, healthcare professionals, and families to create lasting positive change. Drawing from her diverse experience across schools, mental health systems, multinational organizations, and her own personal family, Fernanda designs impactful, transformative experiences that inspire learning and personal development. With a global perspective, she has facilitated meaningful transformations in the United States, Brazil, and Portugal, to thrive in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI, technology, and the fast-paced demands of modern life.

    Casey O'Roarty, M.Ed, is a Positive Discipline Lead Trainer and the adolescent lead at Sproutable, Inc.  For over 15 years, her work has encouraged parents to discover the purpose of their journey and provided them with tools and a shift of mindset that has allowed them to deepen their relationship with themselves and their families. With over a million downloads, her podcast, Joyful Courage, supports parents each and every week with relevant topics and the raw storytelling of raising tweens and teens. She also offers parenting summits, classes, a membership for parents of teens, and online coaching.  Her book, Joyful Courage: Calming the Drama and Taking Control of YOUR Parenting Journey, was published on May 20th, 2019. Casey lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and is proud to have launched her two young adult kids.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    • A full refund (minus a $15 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days prior to conference date.
    • Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 30 days before the conference date. However, paid registrants can transfer to future PDA training event including workshops within one year at no additional cost.
    • Refunds are not available after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not be attending the event. 
    • Participants will be notified by email if for any reason the event is cancelled.
