Kelly Pfeiffer is a seasoned educational trainer with over 24 years of experience working across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. As a Certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainer, she has taught the Positive Discipline curriculum to parents, childcare providers, and fellow trainers worldwide. In her second role as founder of Go Interactive Training and a certified "Training from the Back of the Room" facilitator, Kelly helps educators, coaches, leaders, and trainers revolutionize how they teach adults. Drawing on brain science, adult learning theory, and interactive strategies, she empowers professionals to design engaging, learner-centered experiences that have lasting impact.
Kelly enjoys exploring new ways to enhance connections and psychological safety to participants in any learning event. She has planned many Positive Discipline Think Thanks and continues to learn more about enhancing facilitation skills when teaching the Positive Discipline curriculum.
Workshop Description:
The Art of Facilitating Positive Discipline (developed by Jane Nelsen and Nadine Gaudin) is an experiential workshop. You will go deeper into facilitation skills, grow as a person, and have fun! This workshop (with many new activities) is meant for you to see where and how you can model Positive Discipline even more and raise your awareness on your facilitation skills.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to attend the Art of Facilitating a Workshop, you must have completed one of the Positive Discipline Association workshops: Teaching Parent the Positive Discipline Way (TP), Positive Discipline in the Classroom (PDC) or Positive Discipline for Early Childhood Educators (ECE).
Participants in this workshop will:
- Modeling through leadership, facilitation skills to support total group participation and engagement, encouraging group cohesiveness.
- Understand how to use PD with your colleagues (for co-facilitation and cooperation as a group).
- Grow your self-encouragement and deepen your Adlerian understanding.

Workshop Registrations: A full refund (minus a $35 processing fee) will be given when the request for a refund is made up to 30 days prior to the first day of a workshop.

Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 30 days before a workshop. However, paid registrants can transfer to another workshop within one year at no additional cost.

Refunds are not available after a transfer is made or if you do not provide advanced notice that you will not be attending the workshop.
