PDA Members from around the world are invited to come together, connect, share, and further grow their Positive Discipline skills and knowledge. Think Tank is more than just professional development—it’s a space to build meaningful connections with fellow Positive Discipline practitioners. Together we’ll share new activities, strengthen facilitation skills, and deepen our understanding of Adlerian Psychology, the foundation of Positive Discipline.
Wherever you are, this is your chance to connect with our global community united by our passion for Positive Discipline and the power of connection.
General sessions will be in English with interpretation offered in Arabic, Spanish, and Portuguese. Breakout sessions will be offered in each language, no simultaneous interpretation.
Think Tank planners are Dodie Blomberg and Kelly Pfeiffer, certified Positive Discipline Lead Trainers.

Empowering Facilitators-Transforming Communities
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Participants will be able to:
- Identify and develop at least six interactive learning modalities to effectively facilitate online Positive Discipline sessions.
- Analyze and integrate principles of psychological safety, authentic connection, and collaborative contribution to cultivate engaging learning communities.
- Design an implementation action plan that integrates newly acquired online facilitation techniques into their existing Positive Discipline programming.
