About the presenter

Victoria La Mendola is the founder of La Mendola Marketing and a digital marketing consultant specializing in small and mid-sized businesses. She supports organizations in translating marketing efforts into measurable growth through strategic website design, email marketing, social media strategy, and SEO.

Victoria brings a blended perspective from both corporate and boutique environments. She spent more than seven years working in marketing for nationally recognized beauty brands sold at Sephora and Target, where she developed expertise in brand positioning, campaign management, and omnichannel strategy. In 2024, she launched La Mendola Marketing to extend that experience to SMBs, helping them build effective digital strategies that increase foot traffic, strengthen customer relationships, and improve return on investment.

Her core areas of expertise include CRM and email marketing campaigns that convert, SEO and digital strategy for visibility and lead generation, copywriting and brand messaging that resonate with the right audience, and website design and management that strengthens overall digital presence. Victoria’s work is grounded in the belief that effective marketing is not just visually appealing, but purposeful, precise, and results-driven.
