Win-Win Solutions by Understanding the Four Pillars of the Teenage Brain explores why confident, cooperative children often seem to transform into teenagers who question values, take risks, and resist guidance. This session offers a powerful reframe by helping participants understand that these changes are not problems to fix, but essential aspects of healthy adolescent development. Grounded in Daniel Siegel’s research, this session unpacks the four key pillars of the teenage brain and how they shape behavior during this critical stage of individuation.
